Compact Stations

Compact heat stations are produced according to documentation of thermal energy distributor HEP TOPLINARSTVO Ltd., and in compliance with project documentation and manner of regulation approved by the same distributor. The heat capacity of compact stations ranges from 30kW – 1000kW (standard versions). It is also possible to manufacture and deliver compact cells with more or less power, according to technical documentation of investors and regulations of thermal energy distributors. Technical information, as well as types of compact heat stations are shown in the following table:

The most important elements of the heating stations are:

  • heat energy meter ( Calorimeter : measurement of thermal energy consumed for general heating and possibly for heating of the entire facility)
  • differential pressure controller for hydraulic balancing of the distribution system
  • plate heat exchanger without direct contact of the two media with different temperatures
  • circulation pump: for circulation of the hot water from thermal stations and consumer radiation bodies
  • ircle of automatic regulation: ensures the flow temperature in the secondary circuit of the heating system is relative to the outside temperature, and the needs of consumers. Consists of a control valve, electric drives, temperature controllers and temperature sensors
  • expansion vessel: for compensation of thermal dilatation of energy transmitter (water) inside the home installation when heated with indirect heat station types. Depending on technical solution, it can be open, closed (membrane) or for maintenance of the pressure in the heating system.

Individual Substations

Individual residential heating substations have been developed for floor central heating that is connected to the remote heating system or central boiler system installed in a residential facility. They are used to provide consumers of thermal energy with space heating and simultaneous use of hot water.

Water heating is carried out in a plate heat exchanger by implementing the flow principle. Version with thermostatic by-pass in conjunction with the main regulator of the substation enables the supply of domestic hot water without delay. Central control of room temperature allows embedded pass-through valve with electric drive that is connected to the room thermostat. Measurement of quantities of consumed thermal energy for space heating and domestic hot water is possible via built-in heat meter. Individual heat substations are supplied in recessed versions, installed in wall-mounted cabinet or surface-mounted versions with tin stainless steel or white lacquered cover.

Features and benefits
